Return & Exchange Policy

To start a return or exchange, please click here.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can absolutely return/exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

Returns & exchanges must be unworn and unwashed.

The 14 day return window begins when the shipping company marks the package as delivered. All returns will be either refunded to the original method of payment or left on your account as a store credit to be used on future purchases. 

Note: sale items are final and nonrefundable.

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package if you choose the store credit or exchange option. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid, free label through our return portal.

If you would like a refund, you will be able to purchase a return label through our return portal. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be able to purchase a return label through our return portal. 

Exchanges: when selecting the option for an exchange, you can select "instant exchange". With this option, your exchanged item will ship out immediately. Cotton & Cashmere will place a hold on your credit card for the amount of the returned item; you will have 10 days to ship the return to us. Once the return item is received by C&C, we will refund your card. If you do not send us the returned item within 10 days, we reserve the right to hold all fund to cover the non-returned item.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shopcottonandcashmere.com
