FREE shipping on all purchases over $50 before tax.

All packages sent by USPS or UPS.

NOTE: All orders can take 3-5 days to be processed before shipping. Tracking is provided on your account order page. We are unable to cancel or modify orders. We do not ship internationally which includes: Guam, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Puerto Rico.

 

Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Shipping Returns

If you wish to use our return label you can either do so through your customer account  (https://shopify.com/67780739346/account) or you can email info@shopcottonandcashmere.com with order info/items to return. Please follow all return guidelines provided in our return policy. 

Exchanges
Looking to exchange a size or style? Since we do not hold inventory, we cannot offer standard exchanges. Please place a new order for your preferred item/size and proceed with our return process separately for a refund of your original item. This will also allow us to ship your new item as soon as possible!

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
